Power Franchise (PF) Model

For Vocational Training Centers

A special Scheme for vocational institutes excelling in their respective fields and looking for additional revenue models using spare capacity of existent infrastructure

Payment to Partner Centers:

A.  Fee Share @ 20% of Total Charges collected from students on SinGem courses and
     15% on SinGem- PTU courses

B. Usage Fee for:

1. Classroom occupancy for training purposes by SinGem
     @ Rs. 300 per hour for airconditioned classroom and
     Rs. 200 per hour for non- airconditioned classroom

2. Front Office/ Counseling Section (Furnished) + storage space
     @ Rs. 2000/- per month
