| 1. | Tele Marketing, canvassing, front end sales & marketing with clients / client groups as pre-sanctioned by SinGem |
| 2. | Liaison & execution of deals entered into with with clients as per SinGem’s Terms of Service |
Requisites
| 1. | Infrastructure facilities as specified by SinGem |
| 2. | Undertaking to abide by SinGem Affiliation Policy governing above activities |
| 2. | Choice of any one of offered Affiliation Types for purpose of Affiliate Revenue Model |

Basis: Final Sale Amount = SinGem Price
Affiliate Revenue Source: SinGem
Terms: As finalized at the time of signing contract
B. Accredited Dealer
Basis: Final Sale Amount > SinGem Price
Affiliate Revenue Source: Client
Terms: As finalized between Affiliate and client
