Initial Investment: Rs. 40,000/- Use: 4 seater reading section with books showcase

2. Permanent Computer Lab (Mandatory for CMF)
Initial Investment: Rs. 48000/- (Setup) Use: 3 computers with broadband

3. Fully Air-Conditioned Facility (Max. Allocation: Rs. 250 under CEM)
Initial Investment: Rs.42000/- (3 ACs) Use: FO: full day, Classes: when running

4.' Free Lab' Zone with fully equipped workstations including separate tools
(Max. Allocation: Rs. 200 under CEM)
Initial Investment: Rs. 18000/- (6 WS) Use: Free lab hours as per student strength
 
5. Invertor back-up
Minimum 3 hours for a minimum of 6 tube lights, 4 fans and 1 computer, allowing for uninterrupted center functioning. (Mandatory for CMF)
Initial Investment: Rs.12000/- Use: in case of disruption in power supply
