4% of net fees collected from students on SinGem courses and
3% on SinGem- PTU courses

Terms & Conditions:
1. Applicant needs to submit profile online as given in web link:
www.franchise.singem.org
2. SinGem at its sole discretion may withdraw any program from this arrangement
without providing any notice thereof..
3. Authorisation shall be subject to renewal every 12 months.
4. In all matters, the final decision shall stay with SinGem.
5. SinGem shall release SAR Commission within 60 days from date of receipt of fees
from student.
6. All disputes shall fall in the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata.
7. SARs are not authorized to collect any amount from student in their own names.
8. Net Fees mentioned above exclude Registration fees, exam fees and any other
charges collected separately from student and where the same is not part of total
charges as printed in Fee Plan applicable at the time of admission.
9. No commission is payable in case of program upgrades at any time after admission by
student himself, or in case of any new referrals made by him.
10. SinGem may terminate SAR status at any point of time without providing any reason
thereof.
11. SARs may not offer any type of services to any other institute in gems and jewelry
segment.
12. Special rewards and incentives are at the sole pleasure of SinGem and seek to reward
high levels of performance and loyalty.
13. SinGem shall be entitled to refuse release of any pending rewards and incentives
